Here’s how the fundraiser would work:

• What We Offer: Our state-of-the-art digital photo booth will be set up at your school for a special Valentine’s Day event. Students, teachers, and even parents can enjoy mini photo sessions with professionally designed Valentine’s-themed templates. We will provide custom templates that will be a keepsake that each participant will cherish. (See examples attached)

• No Upfront Cost to the Schools/Church: This is a risk-free opportunity for your organization. There are no setup or operational fees.

• Affordable Pricing: Each mini photo session will be available for just $10 per individual.

• Profit Sharing: We propose a 50/50 profit split. For every session sold, your school will earn $5. This means that for every 100 participants, the school or church stands to raise $500.

Our Commitment:

1. Provide and operate the digital photo booth on the agreed-upon date(s).

2. Supply professionally branded, themed templates for participants to choose from. 

3. Manage the setup and breakdown of equipment and ensure smooth operation during the event.

4. Deliver all photos digitally to participants promptly during the event.

Your Role:

1. Promote the fundraiser to your school or church community (students, parents, and teachers).

2. Ensure a minimum participation of 50-100 individual  student participants per school or church.

3. Provide a suitable space for the photo booth setup.

This initiative is a fantastic way to engage your school or church community while raising funds for important school/ church programs. The photos will serve as lasting mementos of a fun and meaningful event.
